EXPERTS

Our experts are independent contractors and determine their own hourly rates and retainer requirements. These rates vary depending on the area of expertise, geographical location and experience level of the individual expert. Some experts charge higher or have minimum rates for testimony.

LEXPERT'S FEES

Lexpert will conduct a customized search for an expert at no cost to you. If you don't hire the candidate, there is no fee. If you retain an expert we refer, Lexpert will charge you a referral fee. In addition, an administrative charge is included in the expert's rate we quote to you at the time of the referral.

BILLING

Each month Lexpert will send you an invoice and time sheets for the services rendered by the expert in the preceding month.
